Spliff Vision was born out of adversity, family and the community of San Pedro, California. When Andrew “Konker” Spliff was 21, he was wounded by a stray bullet during a drive-by shooting. It became one of the most difficult trials of his life, but the San Pedro community he grew up in rallied around him, turning struggle into inspiration.

Konker Spliff formed Spliff Vision with his older brother Ray Spliff and younger brother Buddy Spliff, channeling that experience into music. His cousins Derek Spliff and Joe Spliff later joined the band, along with their uncle Shane Spliff.

Spliff Vision has gone on to become an inspiration in their hometown of San Pedro and one of the most prolific live acts in the California Reggae scene. The Spliff boys signed with Starry Music in 2025, releasing the singles and official music videos “San Pedro” and “Give Thanks,” with more music slated for 2027.
